How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order during the confirmation or while it’s under preparation by logging into your account and clicking on “My Account” > Orders.
Every product ordered will be listed, you need to check if the product is under process or it’s out of delivery, if the product is out of delivery you have just to tell the Delivery agent to cancel the order and send us the order ID number (Example Order#12857 Picture Below ) at one of the Communication channels

if your order is shipped and sent out for delivery, we don’t have the possibility to cancel it. so you can Contact us or resend the shipment to us. please don’t open the box if you are not making the decision to keep the product, once the shipment is received and checked by our quality team we will process a refund immediately.

You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded unless you receive damaged merchandise (see Damaged Products Policy).
